Mona Zulficar has served as Non-Executive, Independent Chairperson of EFG Holding since April 2008.

Karim Awad is the Group CEO, Chairman of the Executive Committee, and member of the Board of Directors of EFG Holding S.A.E., a financial institution with a Universal Bank in Egypt and the leading Investment Bank in the Middle East and North Africa.

Takis Arapoglou is a Non-Executive member of EFG Holding’s Board of Directors. He had an earlier career in International Capital Markets and Corporate and Investment Banking based in London and later in managing, restructuring, and advising publicly listed Financial Institutions and Corporates, primarily in SE Europe and the Middle East.

Al Otaiba has been Office Manager for His Excellency Dr. Mana Saeed Al Otaiba, Personal Advisor to H. H. President of the UAE Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan since 2000. Al Otaiba also holds the post of Deputy Chairman of Al Otaiba Group of Companies. Al Otaiba leverages his over 22-year career, spanning numerous industries.
